Our church is based in  the village of Peppard, adjoining Sonning Common, in Oxfordshire and we have an active membership across a spectrum of ages. Together we share the desire to be a community of people dedicated to God who proclaim Jesus Christ as Truth, in all aspects of our lives and throughout our community. Following on from our home group discussions last week on our responsibility towards our environment this weeks suggestion: Lets use less fuel

**Try not to use your car for short distances (what is your definition of a short distance?)

** If you have a bike, use it!

** Car share whenever possible.

**Keep your speed down-driving at 50mph uses 25% less fuel than at 70mph.

**Gentley braking and accelerating reduces fuel consumption, using your air-con increases it
